Blue print project

A structured workspace for defining project goals, outlining requirements, and tracking tasks before implementation begins. It also supports planning the technology stack and architecture, with documentation other engineers can review so decisions and rationale stay visible. The intent is to keep development aligned with an agreed scope and a shared technical plan.
